Kristian Martell joined Netsync in early 2024 to sharpen the company’s focus on the contact center space. As Contact Center Principal, Kristian leads the company’s contact center practice—backed by a team of engineers and solution architects with years of real-world contact center experience.
We talked to Kristian to get his short take on Netsync’s Eleveo partnership and technology’s evolving role in contact centers.
“Back in the early 2000s, technology was about solving business problems. We’d identify pain-points and deploy a technology fix. Today, unless a client’s pain-point is antiquated technology, we’re addressing want,” he says. “Contact centers want the ‘wow’ factor. That usually means AI and automation – anything that helps them optimize their agents, deliver better customer experiences and protect the brand. That’s where Eleveo comes in.”
Kristian emphasizes that he and his team don’t sell products, they sell solutions. If a product name is mentioned at all it's because the customer has either bought it up specifically or Kristian’s group is including it in a list of other competitive products.
“That said, Eleveo is a natural fit for contact centers with a thousand seats or less,” he says. “They want Workforce Management, Quality Management, Recording and Analytics – but with a smaller footprint and a cost that makes sense,” he says. “I don’t have to justify Eleveo. You’re vertical-agnostic, like we are, and you’re a natural fit from an interface, feature-set and deployment standpoint. And your AI-driven tools and automated capabilities deliver on the ‘wow’ factor.”
While Netsync’s partnership with Eleveo precedes Kristian by over a decade he recognizes the strength of the collaboration. “Honestly, I don’t think I can really do justice to the full scope of the partnership, but I can say this; Eleveo has been one of our most supportive and engaged partners in the contact center space. Your team always shows up and your product stands on its own.”
